About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

Restaurant Operations:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain operational excellence across all departments.
• Ensure efficient execution of company standards.
• Support long-term business growth initiatives.

Leadership & Team Development:

• Recruit, interview, hire, and retain top talent.
• Grow the restaurant team from approximately 20 to 40+ team members.
• Coach and develop leaders and team members.
• Foster a positive, engaging workplace culture.

Human Resources:

• Manage on boarding and off boarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Administer payroll and employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Lead performance management, coaching, disciplinary action, and termination processes when necessary.

Scheduling & Workforce Planning:

• Create and manage team schedules.
• Ensure proper staffing levels based on business needs.
• Improve staffing efficiency through proactive recruiting strategies.

Inventory & Financial Operations:

• Support inventory management and ordering.
• Monitor operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Assist with maintaining profitability while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous restaurant management or hospitality leadership experience.
• Human resources and recruiting experience required.
• Experience leading and developing large teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of payroll, scheduling, HR processes, and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for leadership, hospitality, and team development.

• Full-time.
• Monday through Saturday.
